Bout of Books 29
I am looking forward to this Bout of Books. I have lately been obsessed with K dramas (seriously watch Crash Landing On You. SO good) so have been lagging on my reading so this will be a great week to get back to it!
Monday
It was a good first day of Bout of Books since I worked all day. I am reading several books right now so my goal is to finish up these books and maybe reading one or two more.
First up, I am listening to the audiobook of The Girl Before by J.P. Delaney. It’s a really suspenseful book and I am really enjoying the narrators.
I am also reading Beach Read by Emily Henry. This is an interesting book about two authors. One is a literary fiction author and one is a romance author. They are having writers block and they decide to switch genres to shake them out of their readers block. I am really loving this book.
Utopia Avenue by David Mitchell is a book about a band trying to make it good. I am just about 20% in but really liking it to far.
I am also reading another thriller, Behind the Red Door. This was is really suspenseful and is about a kidnapping. I am looking forward to getting to the solution in this one.

I didn’t have a ton of time to read today so mostly made progress on my audiobook. I highly recommend this thriller. It’s so good!

Wednesday is my busiest days so not much reading accomplished today. But I did get some sweet cuddles from my little Trixie.

I am telling you that my K dramas are totally getting in the way of reading. I can’t stop watching!
This Bout of Books is not going well. I did finish Beach Read today though! What a delightful book! I throughly enjoyed it.
