Dewey’s 24 Hour Readathon Spring 2025

It is almost time for one of my favorite readathons: Dewey’s 24 Hour Readathon! I have done this too many years to count but this year I won’t even attempt to get close to 24 hours. I am just going to read as much as I can and enjoy myself. Per the usual I have chosen a completely unrealistic TBR. These are the physical books.

And these are the ebooks I have picked out.

We will see what strikes my fancy in the morning. I will be updating on Instagram @ReadingSusan.

I have been so busy reading that I haven’t had a chance to update blog so I decided to take a reading break and update. I finished the last 50% of Bold Moves by Emma Barry. I tried to start the Readathon fresh but just was unable to finish that one. I loved this second chance romance set where two people are writing and filming a TV show.

I also finished Heartwood by Amity Gaige. This was such a beautifully written book. It had me on the edge of my seat but also was very emotional.

I also forgot to put an audiobook on my TBR stack so I decided to finally listen to Song Below Water. It is so good so far. I also thought the below photo was funny because this is what Dewey’s Readathon looks like in your 40s 😂

It’s been a great day of reading. I had to take care of work stuff at one point but other than that have just been enjoying my day!

Well I am getting pretty tired so I think it’s time for bed. We shall see if I wake up again or not.

It was a lovely evening of reading. I didn’t finish another book as I have been switching between three books.
